Crustless Feta And Cheddar Quiche
|Non stick cooking spray||1|
|Egg product||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Refrigerated / Frozen, Thawed)|
|Whole wheat pastry flour||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Black pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Low fat cottage cheese||12 Ounce, drained (1 1/2 Cups)|
|Frozen chopped broccoli||10 Ounce, cooked and drained (1 Package)|
|Feta cheese||4 Ounce, crumbled to make 1 cup|
|Shredded reduced fat cheddar cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Lightly coat a 9-inch pie plate with cooking spray; set aside.In a medium bowl combine egg product, flour, pepper, and salt.
Stir in cottage cheese, broccoli, feta cheese, and cheddar cheese.
Spoon into the prepared pie plate.
Bake in a 350° oven for 40 to 45 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center 'comes out clean.
Cool on a wire rack for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
