Crustless Feta And Cheddar Quiche

Ingredients
  Non stick cooking spray 1
  Egg product 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Refrigerated / Frozen, Thawed)
  Whole wheat pastry flour 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Low fat cottage cheese 12 Ounce, drained (1 1/2 Cups)
  Frozen chopped broccoli 10 Ounce, cooked and drained (1 Package)
  Feta cheese 4 Ounce, crumbled to make 1 cup
  Shredded reduced fat cheddar cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Lightly coat a 9-inch pie plate with cooking spray; set aside.In a medium bowl combine egg product, flour, pepper, and salt.
Stir in cottage cheese, broccoli, feta cheese, and cheddar cheese.
Spoon into the prepared pie plate.
Bake in a 350° oven for 40 to 45 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center 'comes out clean.
Cool on a wire rack for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
