Ratatouille Bruschetta With Feta

Ingredients
  Italian bread slice 6 (Crusty Thick Slices)
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Ratatouille salsa 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Finely crumbled feta cheese 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Kalamata olives 6 , pitted and slivered
Directions

1. Toast both sides of bread on a barbecue grill or under broiler; brush one side lightly with olive oil. Spread with salsa; sprinkle with feta cheese and Kalamata olive slivers. Cut into halves, if desired.
