Ratatouille Bruschetta With Feta
|Italian bread slice||6 (Crusty Thick Slices)|
|Olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Ratatouille salsa||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Finely crumbled feta cheese||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Kalamata olives||6 , pitted and slivered|
1. Toast both sides of bread on a barbecue grill or under broiler; brush one side lightly with olive oil. Spread with salsa; sprinkle with feta cheese and Kalamata olive slivers. Cut into halves, if desired.
