45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)
12 Small, washed and sliced
Fresh ginger root
1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed
Mixed fresh herbs
45 Milliliter, chopped (3 Tablespoon)
180 Milliliter (3/4 Cup)
1 In a frying pan, heat the oil.
2 Add new potatoes, cloves, cinnamon, bay leaves and ginger root.
3 Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
4 Stir in the herbs and yogurt and heat through without boiling.
5 Remove bay leaves before serving.
