Here is a very interesting and good recipe of potatoes and yogurt. This recipe, when served as a side dish will always bring cheer to your table. I am sure you would love to prepare this recipe for your dear ones!
Ingredients
  Oil 45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)
  New potatoes 12 Small, washed and sliced
  Ground cloves 1 Pinch
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Bay leaves 2
  Fresh ginger root 1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed
  Mixed fresh herbs 45 Milliliter, chopped (3 Tablespoon)
  Plain yogurt 180 Milliliter (3/4 Cup)
Directions

MAKING
1 In a frying pan, heat the oil.
2 Add new potatoes, cloves, cinnamon, bay leaves and ginger root.
3 Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
4 Stir in the herbs and yogurt and heat through without boiling.
5 Remove bay leaves before serving.

SERVING
6 Serve in an attractive bowl.
