Potatoes And Yogurt
|Oil||45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)|
|New potatoes||12 Small, washed and sliced|
|Ground cloves||1 Pinch|
|Ground cinnamon||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Fresh ginger root||1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed|
|Mixed fresh herbs||45 Milliliter, chopped (3 Tablespoon)|
|Plain yogurt||180 Milliliter (3/4 Cup)|
1 In a frying pan, heat the oil.
2 Add new potatoes, cloves, cinnamon, bay leaves and ginger root.
3 Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
4 Stir in the herbs and yogurt and heat through without boiling.
5 Remove bay leaves before serving.
6 Serve in an attractive bowl.
