Greek Butter Cookies

Ingredients
  Shortbread cookies 20 (Use Packaged Ones)
  Brandy 2 Tablespoon
  Confectioners sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), powdered (10X)
Directions

1. Place wire rack over wax paper or cookie sheet; arrange cookies on rack.
2. Sprinkle brandy over cookies, using small spoon; allow to soak in for 5 minutes.
3. Sift 10X sugar over brandy-soaked cookies, coating well, and store in metal container.
