Souvlaki

Ingredients
  Sirloin steak/Pork loin 8 Ounce, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  Dried oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground black pepper 1 Dash
  Chopped tomato 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped cucumber 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Diced green bell pepper 2 Tablespoon
  Non-fat sour cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (10 Calories Per Tablespoon)
  Red wine vinegar 1 Teaspoon
  Vegetable oil 1 Teaspoon
  Pita breads 4 Ounce, heated and cut into halves (Two 2 Ounce Breads)
Directions

1. Preheat oven to 300°F.
2. Sprinkle meat with half the oregano and the pepper. Place meat on rack in roasting pan and bake 10 to 12 minutes. (Pork should be cooked for 15 to 17 minutes and appear well done when pierced with a knife.)
3. In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients except pitas.
4. To assemble souvlaki, arrange meat evenly in pita halves. Top each with equal amounts of vegetable-sour cream mixture.
