This fruit ambrosia is a lovely combination of fruity freshness and indulgence. Made with pineapple, orange, banana slices, grapes and added nuts for crunch, this fruit ambrosia is loaded with marshmallows. With the dreamy and soft crunch of coconuts, the fruit ambrosia is combined with sour cream or yogurt and chilled to serve.
Ingredients
  Canned pineapple chunks 20 Ounce (1 Can)
  Canned mandarin orange segments 11 Ounce (1 Can)
  Seedless grapes 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Miniature marshmallows 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Flaked coconut 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Pecan halves/Coarsely chopped nuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dairy sour cream/Plain yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Drain pineapple and orange segments.
In large bowl, combine pineapple, orange segments, banana, grapes, marshmallows, coconut and nuts.
In 1-quart measure, combine sour cream and brown sugar.
Stir into fruit mixture.
Refrigerate, covered, 1 hour or overnight.
