Greek Spinach And Feta Quiche

This is so easy to make and tastes so flavorful. You can add whatever ingredients you like!
Ingredients
  Egg 8 (About 1 Carton Egg Beaters)
  Frozen spinach 1 Cup (16 tbs), thawed and drained
  Feta cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a baking dish (pie plate or square pan). I use PAM spray. Place thawed spinach into pan. Pour eggbeaters over top of spinach. Sprinkle with the feta and stir to blend ingredients together. Bake for 30 minutes or until done.

This looks like a very simple but really tasty "anytime of the day" meal! It's great not have to add extra cream and I love feta! I'm going to defiantly try this one!
