Ingredients
yogurt
cucumber
onion
salt
pepper
Directions

finely chop the cucumber and onion
salt and pepper to taste
add yogurt
mix
let sit in fridge for at least 20
enjoy

Love Fage Greek Yoghourt-simply the best next to the yogourt in Spelli on Kriti. BTW Trader Joe's carries Fage and their own Greek Yogourt is pretty darn good. I like the cucumber diced, I always use grated, must try chopping it next time. Shanti/Mary-Anne
