Macaroni And Peas With Feta
|Peas||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Feta cheese||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), crumbled|
|Hot macaroni||3 Cup (48 tbs) (1 1/2 cups dry. Cooked)|
Cook the peas in a little water in a small saucepan for 4 to 5 minutes or until firm-tender.
In a medium-size serving bowl, beat the egg, then beat in the cheese.
Mix the hot macaroni and peas and immediately toss with the egg and cheese mixture until well coated.
