Greek Green Beans

Ingredients
  Green beans 3⁄4 Pound
  Red wine vinegar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Dijon mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
Directions

Steam the beans until just crisp-tender, about 3 or 4 minutes.
In a small bowl or jar, combine oregano, vinegar, and mustard.
Add garlic by pushing it through a garlic press into the bowl.
Toss dressing with beans.
Chill.
