Greek Style Tomato Salad is simple yet has an unique flavor. This Greek Style Tomato Salad is definitely a keeper. Don't be without making it!
Ingredients
  Tomatoes 6 Medium, sliced
  Feta cheese 1⁄4 Pound, crumbled
  Onion 1 Small, thinly sliced
  Canned pitted ripe olives 3 1⁄5 Ounce, drained and sliced (1 Can)
  Olive oil/Salad oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Red wine vinegar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Minced parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 4 Teaspoon
  Basil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Lettuce leaves 3
Directions

1. Place tomato slices in 13" by 9" baking dish; top with cheese, onion slices, and olives.
2. In small bowl, mix olive oil, vinegar, parsley, sugar, basil, and salt; pour over tomato mixture; gently lift tomato slices to coat with dressing. Cover baking dish and refrigerate at least 2 hours to blend flavors.
