Greek Style Tomato Salad
|Tomatoes||6 Medium, sliced|
|Feta cheese||1⁄4 Pound, crumbled|
|Onion||1 Small, thinly sliced|
|Canned pitted ripe olives||3 1⁄5 Ounce, drained and sliced (1 Can)|
|Olive oil/Salad oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Red wine vinegar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Minced parsley||2 Tablespoon|
1. Place tomato slices in 13" by 9" baking dish; top with cheese, onion slices, and olives.
2. In small bowl, mix olive oil, vinegar, parsley, sugar, basil, and salt; pour over tomato mixture; gently lift tomato slices to coat with dressing. Cover baking dish and refrigerate at least 2 hours to blend flavors.
