Ambrosia Sauce

Ingredients
  Canned fruit cocktail 16 Ounce (1 Can)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Cornstarch 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Dash
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Frozen orange juice concentrate 2 Tablespoon, thawed
  Orange 1 , peeled and diced
  Flaked coconut 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Drain fruit cocktail, reserving 1 cup syrup.
In saucepan combine sugar, cornstarch, and salt; blend in water.
Add reserved syrup and orange juice concentrate.
Cook and stir till mixture thickens and bubbles.
Stir in fruit cocktail, diced orange, and coconut.
Chill.
