Ingredients
  Oil 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Carrots 60 Milliliter, diced (1/4 Cup)
  Onions 60 Milliliter, finely sliced (1/4 Cup)
  Celery 60 Milliliter, sliced diagonally (1/4 Cup)
  Cauliflower 500 Milliliter, cut into flowers (2 Cups)
  White wine 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Water 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Tomato juice 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Thyme 1 Pinch
  Bay leaf 1
  Coriander 1 Pinch
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon (Juice Of 1 Lemon)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

–  In a skillet, heat oil and saute but do not brown carrots, onions, and celery. Add cauliflower and saute for 1 minute,
–  Pour white wine, water, and tomato.juice into mixture. Add spices and lemon juice and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and let mixture stand in cooking juice.
