Greek Style Shrimp

Greek style shrimp is a skillet cooked and easy shrimp recipe. Prepared with onions and garlic with vegetable juice, the shrimp is finished with feta cheese and parsley for a wholesome flavor. Served with a dash of pepper, it is fresh and totally mediterranean.
Ingredients
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Green onions 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm), minced
  Large shrimp 1 Pound, shelled and deveined
  Vegetable juice/No salt added vegetable juice 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Crumbled feta cheese 2 Ounce (1/3 Cup)
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Baked french bread slices 8
Directions

In 10-inch skillet over medium heat, in hot oil, cook onions and garlic until onions are tender.
Add shrimp; cook until shrimp are pink and opaque, stirring constantly.
Stir in juice.
Heat to boiling.
Reduce heat to low; simmer 2 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheese, parsley and pepper.
