Greek salad is healthy and tasty. This is simple recipe to make when you are on weight loss regime or when you want a meal quickly. Add lots of cheese or more vegetables. It is delicious either ways.
Fresh cracked pepper
Red bell pepper
Extra virgin olive oil
Salad Dressing Direction
In a bowl, take fresh cracked pepper, few tbsp vinegar, 2 tbsp olive oil,juice of half lemon, dry oregano leaves and little bit of kosher salt. Mix and keep aside.
Keep the veggies washed and dried.
Chop romaine leaves, make slices of bell pepper, cut wedges of tomatoes, rings of onion and slice feta cheese to 1 inch squares.
In the dressing bowl put chopped romaine leaves, bell pepper and cucumber. Mix with the dressing and transfer to a plate.
On top of the salad, lay onion rings, tomato wedges, sprinkle green olives and add slices of feta cheese.
