Greek Style Haddock

Ingredients
  Green onions 3 , chopped
  Fresh parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Vegetable oil 3 Tablespoon
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Canned tomatoes in juice 28 Ounce
  Basil 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Fresh haddock fillets 2 Pound
Directions

Preheat oven to 500 °F (260 °C).
In a small bowl, mix green onions, parsley, oil, flour, paprika and salt.
Set aside.
In a buttered ovenproof dish, pour tomatoes.
Season with basil, salt and pepper.
Place fish on top.
Sprinkle with green onion mixture.
Cook in oven 15-18 minutes.
