Ambrosia Fruit Custard
|Sugar free instant vanilla pudding||3 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Package, 4 Serving Size)|
|Grated lemon peel||1 Teaspoon (Use Dole)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon (Use Dole)|
|Coconut extract||1⁄2 Teaspoon (Almond Extract)|
|Canned pineapple tidbits||8 Ounce, drained (Use Dole)|
|Assorted sliced fresh fruit||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Mini marshmallows||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Flaked Coconut)|
Prepare pudding in medium bowl according to package directions.
Stir in lemon peel, lemon juice and extract.
Reserve 1/4 cup pudding for topping.
Spoon remaining pudding equally into 4 dessert bowls.
Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl.
Spoon over top of pudding in dessert bowls.
Drizzle with reserved pudding.
