Galopita is an easy to prepare dessert recipe which you will simply love. I bet, you will surely get a huge fan following for this one!
Ingredients
  Milk 5 1⁄2 Cup (88 tbs)
  Eggs 8
  Sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Butter 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Grated orange rind 1
  Cream of wheat/Farina 11 Ounce
  Phyllo pastry sheets 6
  Melted butter 2 Tablespoon
Directions

In a saucepan combine milk, sugar, butter, and farina.
Bring to a boil and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thick and smooth.
Cool.
Beat eggs with the water and stir in grated orange rind.
Combine with cool farina mixture.
Line a 9X11X2 inch cake pan with 5 or 6 phyllo pastry sheets, brushing each generously with melted butter.
Pour in the egg farina mixture and bake in a moderate 350 degree oven for about 40 minutes or until set.
Cut into squares and serve warm.
