Hot Ambrosia Compote

Ingredients
  Flaked coconut 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), plain or toasted
  Graham cracker crumbs 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Canned pineapple chunks 13 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Canned sliced peaches 16 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Canned mandarin oranges 11 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Sliced fresh green grapes/One 8 ounces can green grapes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), drained
  Maraschino cherries 10 , halved
  Canned apricots 13 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
Directions

Combine all ingredients in 2-quart casserole.
MICRO WAVE 5 to 6 MINUTES on HIGH, or until bubbly.
Spoon into serving dishes.
Garnish with whipped cream, if desired.
