Hot Ambrosia Compote

|Flaked coconut||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), plain or toasted|
|Graham cracker crumbs||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Canned pineapple chunks||13 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Canned sliced peaches||16 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Canned mandarin oranges||11 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Sliced fresh green grapes/One 8 ounces can green grapes||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), drained|
|Maraschino cherries||10 , halved|
|Canned apricots||13 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
Combine all ingredients in 2-quart casserole.
MICRO WAVE 5 to 6 MINUTES on HIGH, or until bubbly.
Spoon into serving dishes.
Garnish with whipped cream, if desired.
