Quince Puree

Ingredients
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon 1⁄2 , juiced
  Quince stock 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Blend sugar and quince stock and bring to a boil.
Cook, stirring constantly, to the jellying point.
Add lemon juice.
Cool.
