Carrot Ambrosia Salad

Carrot ambrosia salad is a fruited carrot and pineapple salad. Prepared with added raisins and coconut to it, the carrot ambrosia is a tossed fruit and vegetable salad and is chilled to serve to blend the flavors.
|Carrots||1 Pound, shredded|
|Canned crushed pineapple||20 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Commercial sour cream||8 Ounce (1 Carton)|
|Flaked coconut||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Golden raisins||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
Combine all ingredients, tossing well.
Cover and chill.
