Greek Taramosalata Salad
|Bottled tarama||3 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|White bread slice||3|
|Olive oil||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
1. Place the tarama and the lemon juice in the bowl of an electric mixer and blend on low speed until thoroughly mixed.
2. Meanwhile, trim crusts from the bread and soak the slices in cold water. Squeeze the bread thoroughly.
3. Break the bread into the mixture and blend at medium high speed until thoroughly blended. Add the oil gradually. The mixture should thicken to the consistency of thick mayonnaise.
