Easy Greek Salad
|Cucumbers||2 , sliced|
|Cherry tomatoes||250 Gram|
|Onion||1 , thinly sliced into rings|
|Green pepper||1 , cut into thin strips|
|Black olives||100 Gram|
|Feta cheese||200 Gram, cut into 2 centimeter cubes|
|Olive oil||5 Tablespoon|
|Crushed black peppercorns||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
Arrange cucumber slices, whole tomatoes, onion rings and green pepper strips in one large or six individual salad bowls.
Scatter olives and feta cheese over top.
Whisk olive oil, crushed peppercorns and lemon juice in a bowl.
Pour dressing over salad(s); toss lightly to coat.
