Tzatziki Greek Cucumber And Yogurt Salad

Ingredients
  Yogurt 1 Pint
  Cucumber 1 , unpeeled and chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon 1 , juiced
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Parsley To Taste
Directions

To the yogurt add the cucumber, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, and salt.
Blend well with fork.
Top with parsley.
Refrigerate.
