This Avegolmono Soup makes a tremendous meal initiator ! Why don't you try this incredible egg and lemony combination and tell me if you like it !
3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Instant chicken broth and seasoning mix
1 Tablespoon (1 Envelope)
2 Teaspoon (More If Desired)
Combine water and broth mix in small saucepan, and bring to light boil.
In small bowl, beat egg and 2 teaspoons cold water.
Gradually stir in a few teaspoons of the hot bouillon and the lemon juice.
Pour egg mixture back into the hot chicken bouillon and heat, stirring until thickened.
