  Raw spinach 1 Pound
  Hard-boiled eggs 2 , sliced
  Tomato 1 , cut into edges
  Onion 1⁄2 Medium, thinly sliced
  Crumbled feta cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Olive oil 6 Tablespoon (Salad Dressing)
  Wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon (Salad Dressing)
  Oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Salad Dressing)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Salad Dressing)
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon (Salad Dressing)

Wash spinach well.
Pick over; discard brown or damaged leaves.
Remove stems; break into pieces in large salad bowl.
Add eggs, tomato, onion, and cheese.
Combine dressing ingredients; shake well.
Pour over salad.
Toss well .
