|Olive oil||4 Teaspoon|
|Onions||2 , sliced|
|Garlic||6 Cup (96 tbs), crushed|
|Ajwain||1⁄2 Teaspoon (Oregano)|
|French beans||500 Gram|
|Chopped tomatoes||2 Large|
|Tomato sauce||2 Teaspoon|
Heat olive oil and fry onions, garlic and ajwain until onions are soft, lake off the 2 ends from and string frenchbeans.
Cut them in 2 to 3 pieces about 1 long and add them to the onions.
Cover and cook them on a low flame until half done, stirring occasionally.
Mix in the tomatoes and cook until tomatoes are mushy and a little gravy is left.
Mix in tomato sauce and salt.
