Meatball Gravy

Meatball gravy is a meat curry dish that is popular all over the world. One such meatball recipe that can be easily prepared at home includes ground beef, pork, milk, eggs, bread crumbs, chopped onion, green bell pepper, ketchup, parsley, beef broth, vegetable oil or shortening, salt and pepper. The meatballs should be refrigerated for about an hour before being added to the broth. The remaining gravy should be thickened by adding a mixture of corn flour and water, once the meatballs are removed from the pan. This meatball gravy dish can be served over rice or noodles.
