|Diced cucumber||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Chopped mango||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Raw)|
|Add to the gravy|
|Chopped fresh coriander||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped mint||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Fresh ginger piece||1 Inch|
|Green chili||1 , chopped|
|Rock salt||To Taste|
Grind all the gravy ingredients to a paste.
Transfer to a glass serving bowl.
Mix in the diced cucumber and chopped raw mango.
