  Grated cauliflower 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Green chili 1 , deseeded, finely chopped
  Chopped fresh coriander 1 Tablespoon
For gravy
  Chopped onion 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chopped tomato 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Cumin 1 Teaspoon
  Black pepper powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon piece 1 Inch
  Cloves 2
  Rock salt To Taste

Grind together all the gravy ingredients to a paste.
Transfer to a glass serving bowl.
Add to this the grated cauliflower and chopped green chillie.
Mix well.
Garnish with fresh coriander and serve immediately.
