Meatballs And Gravy
|Ground beef||2 Pound|
|Celery salt||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Bread slice||2 , diced|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cream of celery soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Onion||1 , chopped|
|Milk||20 Ounce (2 Soup Cans)|
Combine the ground beef, salt, pepper, celery salt, worcestershire sauce, onion and eggs in a large bowl and mix well.
Combine the bread and the 1 cup milk in a small bowl and mix gently.
Add to the ground beef mixture and mix well.
Shape into 1 inch balls.
Brown on all sides in a skillet; drain.
Arrange in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Pour a mixture of the cream of celery soup and the cans of milk over the meatballs.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
