Spicy Gravy

This is the recipe for a wonderful gravy which drowns the koftas and makes our mouth water. I often cook this dish for lunch, especialy during weekends so that my husband can enjoy it too.Try this wonderful gravy recipe for yourself.
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Fresh ginger paste 3 Teaspoon
  Curds 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Ground spices
  Red chili powder 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Green cardamoms 4
  Garlic 6 Clove (30 gm)
  Tomatoes 250 Gram
  Khoya 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Coriander leaves 4
  Ghee 3 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste

Fry the chopped onion and crushed cardamoms in ghee till brown.
Add salt, garlic and ginger paste and one cup of water and stir till dry and onion is tender.
Now add peeled and chopped tomatoes, curd, ground spices, red chilli powder and stir till gravy is thick.
Pour 3 cups of water and cook again till gravy is a little thick.
Then add koftas and mashed khoya.
Cook till koftas are soft, sprinkle coriander leaves.
