Coconut Gravy

Ingredients
  Onion 250 Gram
  Coconut pieces 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Turmeric 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped coriander 2 Teaspoon
Ground spices
  Salt To Taste
  Garlic 12 Clove (60 gm)
  Ground ginger 3 Teaspoon
  Tomatoes 60 Gram
  Red chili powder 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Green cardamoms 1 Tablespoon, crushed
  Ghee 5 Tablespoon
  White cumin 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Fry the chopped onion and garlic till light brown.
Add salt, red chilli powder and cook till onions are brown.
Add chopped tomatoes, ground ginger, ground coconut, ground white cuminseeds and ground spices and stir until it becomes a thick gravy.
Add 3 cups of water and cook for 15 minutes.
Now add fried koftas and cook until they are soft.
Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves.
Serve hot.
