Bapaiji No Gos No Ras ( Grandma'S Mutton Ras Or Gravy )

  Mutton 500 Gram
  Potato 200 Gram
  Sliced carrots 100 Gram
  Green peas 50 Gram
  Celery stick 1 Small
  Ginger garlic paste 1 Tablespoon
  Coconut milk 1
  Chili powder 1 Tablespoon
  Garam masala 1 Tablespoon
  Tomatoes 4 Large
  Onions 3 Large
  Oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt To Taste

1. Clean and wash the meat. Apply salt, ginger-garlic paste and set aside.
2. Chop the onions finely and place in a pressure cooker with half cup oil. When the onion turns golden add the mutton chunks and stir the onions well. Lower the flame and add the cut potatoes, celery, sliced carrots, washed green peas, milk of one coconut, the spice powders, tomato pulp and two cups water. Taste for salt and close the pressure cooker and cook till the meat is tender.
