Granny's Fried Pork In Onion Gravy

This pork recipe is from my granny's kitchen. I just love the aroma of fried pork. I suggest you to watch the video and try the recipe at least for once!
Ingredients
  Pork tenderloin 1 Pound
  Olive oil 1 Teaspoon
  Rosemary 1 Pinch
  Chives 1 Teaspoon
  Onion gravy 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

1. Medium heat the skillet.
2. Add a bit of olive oil to the skillet.
3. Add pork tenderloin.
4. Fast fry tenderloin.
5. Add rosemary.
6. Turn pork, cook for about 3 minutes to each side (pink color should disappear).
7. Set the skillet aside.
8. Serve on a plate with onion gravy.
9. Top with chives.
