Hearty Mushroom Gravy
|Chopped mushrooms||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Onion celery carrot broth||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Black pepper||1 Teaspoon|
Medium-high heat the skillet.
Add olive oil and mushrooms to the skillet.
Saute mushrooms until caramelized.
Add onion celery carrot broth.
Add worcestershire sauce, black pepper, parsley, and salt.
Stir, bring them to boil.
Add sauce thickener to the mixture.
Set the skillet aside.
