Healthy Vegetable Soup

Try this heathy vegetable soup. Full of goodness from herbs and vegetables. Ready in 10 minutes. Best for a quick snack between two meals.
Ingredients
  Black pepper To Taste
  Thyme 1 Dash
  Rosemary 1 Dash
  Sage 1 Dash
  Soy sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Onion 1⁄2
  Water 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Celery 1 Teaspoon
  Carrot 1
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Medium heat the saucepan.
2. Add water to the pan.
3. Add black pepper, thyme, rosemary, sage, soy sauce, onion, celery, and
carrot.
4. Stir the ingredients, boil for 5 minutes.
5. Simmer for half an hour.
6. Set the pan aside.
7. Strain liquid to a bowl.
8. Add sauce thickener.
9. Mix until the liquid is thick.
10. Add a pinch of parsley.
11. Keep it heated until served.
