Beef Gravy

Many of us struggle to make a really tasty beef gravy, but just follow this recipe for perfect results every time...
Ingredients
  Beef drippings 100 Gram
  Hot water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon
Directions

1. In a large pan, put beef dripping.
2. Add hot water to the pan.
3. Through a strainer, pour the mixture into a saucepan.
4. Add pepper, salt, and parsley to the pan.
5. Medium-high heat the saucepan.
6. Bring the mixture to boil.
7. Add some sauce thickener.
8. Simmer, stir for 5 minutes.
9. Pour in a serving dish.
