Pork Roast With Gravy

Ingredients
  Pork loin roast 4 Pound
  Lemon 1⁄2
  Rosemary 2 Teaspoon, crushed
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dry white wine 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  California onion dressing 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Bottled)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F

MAKING
2. Rub the meat with lemon, rosemary, salt and pepper, place it on a rack and roast for three hours without a lid; reserve a cup of the drippings and remove the meat
3. In a small saucepan, mix the drippings with wine, heat it and stir in the California onion dressing

SERVING
4. Serve it over the roast
