Ingredients
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Corn oil 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Brewers yeast 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Whole wheat flour 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Kelp powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Carob powder 1 Teaspoon
  Water 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Tamari 1 Teaspoon
  Yogurt 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Prepare a skillet or a saucepan by rubbing it with a clove or garlic

MAKING
2. Tip in oil in the pan and heat over medium heat
3. Add in flour, brewers yeast, kelp and carob powders to the pan and heat gently. Stir the mixture every two or three minutes over medium heat.
4. Add water to the pan slowly to prevent lumping
5. Add tamari, and simmer this mixture slowly until it is thickened
6. Remove from heat and then tip in the yoghurt
7. Tip this mixture into a blender and whip thoroughly to get a smooth mix of yoghurt and gravy

SERVING
8. Serve hot over boiled or mashed potatoes, with rice or baked chicken
