Homemade Gravy

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 25 Milliliter
  Flour 25 Milliliter
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Roast drippings 250 Milliliter
Directions

MAKING
1. In a small bowl, place the butter.
2. Place the bowl in the microwave and run it for 30-45 seconds at High to melt.
3. Add the flour, salt, pepper and browning sauce and stir to mix.
4. Slowly add the drippings,, stirring all the time, till smooth.
5. Place the bowl back in the microwave and cook for 2 ½ - 4 minutes at High, stirring twice, until it is a thick gravy.

SERVING
6. Serve with a main dish.
