Ingredients
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Water 1⁄2 Pint
  Tomato puree 1 Tablespoon
  Smooth peanut butter 1 Tablespoon
  Yeast 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1) In a saucepan, heat oil and sauté onion gently in it.
2) Bring it to a boil after adding in water, tomato puree and yeast extract.
3) Thicken the gravy with peanut butter and add salt and pepper to taste.

SERVING
4) Serve hot.
