Egg Foo Yung Gravy

Ingredients
  Chicken broth 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Corn starch 2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Soy sauce 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Blend chicken broth and corn starch in 1-quart measure.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
MICROWAVE 4 to 5 MINUTES on HIGH, or until mixture thickens.
Stir once with wire whip.
Pour over Egg Foo Yung before serving.
