Poultry Giblet Gravy

|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Poultry dripping||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Flour||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Celery salt||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Giblets||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (With Water)|
In 1-qt casserole place giblets.
Prick with fork.
Microwave at Medium (5) 16 to 20 Minutes, stirring after 10 minutes until tender.
Chop medium fine.
In separate 1-qt casserole place drippings.
Microwave at High (10)1 to 2 Minutes, until hot.
Stir in flour, salt, celery salt and pepper until smooth.
Stir in broth.
Microwave at High (10) 2 to 4 Minutes, stirring every minute.
Microwave at High (10) 2 to 3 Minutes more, stirring every minute, until thickened.
