In a large saucepan with the heat at high pour in the broth and let it come to a boil. Also at this time add any spices to the broth.
In a separate bowl mix the corn starch and water together. Make sure the mixture isn’t thick and has NO LUMPS!
Once the broth comes to a boil start to slowly whisk in the cornstarch mixture. Continue to whisked the broth until it becomes thick and turns into a gravy. This process should take a couple minutes of continual stirring otherwise you might burn the gravy. Once the broth has turned to the thickness you desire serve it in a gravy boat or pour it over your meal and Enjoy!
