Ingredients
For 4
  Carrot 30 Gram
  Onion 30 Gram
  Refined flour 20 Gram
  Fat 20 Gram
  Salt 5 Gram
  Pepper 1 Pinch
  Stock 300 Milliliter
Directions

1. Slice onion, scrape and chop carrot.
2. Heat fat. Brown onion and carrot. Add flour and brown.
3. Add stock and cook till vegetables are tender and gravy is thick.
4. Season, remove and strain.
