|All purpose flour||2 Tablespoon|
|Unsalted chicken broth/Beef broth||2 1⁄4 Cup (36 tbs)|
|Chicken broth/Beef broth||2 1⁄4 Cup (36 tbs) (Unsalted)|
|Pan juices||4 Tablespoon|
|Ground pepper||To Taste|
In a medium size saucepan melt the fat over medium heat.
Whisk in the flour, stirring vigorously to form a paste.
Gradually pour in the broth, whisking constantly, until the gravy thickens, boils, and no lumps remain.
Add the pan juices.
Reduce the heat to low and simmer, stirring often, for 3 to 4 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper.
