Ingredients
  Fat 2 Tablespoon (From Pan Drippings)
  All purpose flour 2 Tablespoon
  Unsalted chicken broth/Beef broth 2 1⁄4 Cup (36 tbs)
  Chicken broth/Beef broth 2 1⁄4 Cup (36 tbs) (Unsalted)
  Pan juices 4 Tablespoon
  Ground pepper To Taste
Directions

In a medium size saucepan melt the fat over medium heat.
Whisk in the flour, stirring vigorously to form a paste.
Gradually pour in the broth, whisking constantly, until the gravy thickens, boils, and no lumps remain.
Add the pan juices.
Reduce the heat to low and simmer, stirring often, for 3 to 4 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serve immediately.
