Wine Mushroom Gravy

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Thinly sliced onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped green pepper 1 Tablespoon
  Pimento strips 2 Tablespoon
  Cream of mushroom soup 1 Can (10 oz)
  Dry white wine 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

Melt the butter in a medium skillet over low heat.
Add the onion and green pepper and saute until tender.
Remove from heat.
Add the pimento strips, undiluted soup and wine and mix well.
Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
