Ingredients
  Canned low sodium chicken broth 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Dried thyme 1 Teaspoon
  Cornstarch 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Poultry seasoning 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Coat a medium saucepan with cooking spray, and place over medium-high heat until hot.
Add onion and thyme; saute 3 minutes.
Combine cornstarch and water, stirring until smooth; stir in broth.
Add cornstarch mixture, salt, pepper, and poultry seasoning to onion mixture.
Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened and bubbly.
