Corn On Cob In Gravy

Ingredients
  Corn cobs 6
  Green chilies 4 , ground
  Coriander powder 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Turmeric powder 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garam masala 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Tamarind To Taste
  Jaggery To Taste
  Ghee 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Mustard seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cumin seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Coriander leaves 1 Tablespoon (To Garnish)
Directions

Remove husks from cobs and cut each cob into 1 inch pieces.
Add 1 1/2 cups water and cook the pieces in pressure cooker till corn is tender.
Combine green chilli paste, turmeric, chilli powder, coriander powder and 1/4 cup water.
Heat oil in a pan and fry cumin seeds as well as mustard seeds.
When they stop popping add masala paste.
Fry till the mixture is dry and oil comes on top.
When the mixture becomes dry add corn alongwith the water in which they were cooked.
Cover and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
Add sugar, garam masala, tamarind juice and jaggery.
Cook for further 10 minutes.
Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves before serving.
